I order two products and it didnt fit neither of my dogs so I had to send it back then I had to pay for shipping to send it back, then I accidentally lost the return receipt and they telling me they didnt receive a package and it was delivered Jan 11 still no return and very rude. Do not order from them at all .

I ordered the wireless collar and it took forever to recive. I no longer need it and now they will not give me a refund Only store credit. I will never order from them again!!

Shady company for sure. Their website said "easy returns", "absolutely zero risk", if you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a "full refund, no questions asked." Then they refused my return request because their "policy" doesn't allow returns from customers who "changed their mind." I didn't "change my mind," the product zapped the heck out of my dog and sent him into a yelping fit because it was so painful, even when it set as far down as it would go to level 1.

He genuinely acted like he was being attacked by something so that's obviously not a product that is going to work for us. But even so, I thought there were "no questions asked." I thought "returns are easy". I thought there was "absolutely zero risk" when shopping with you guys. So why would it even matter if I DID just happen to change my mind?

It shouldn't, if y'all actually stood by your promises...which I now see that you don't.

So, I had to open a case against them with PayPal and hope that PayPal decides in my favor because these sellers are liars. You really shouldn't have to fight with a seller to return a product to get your money back.

Do not believe the promises and guarantees on their website because it's just a bunch of BS. Shop somewhere else.

Oh my gosh, I’m experiencing the exact same thing! Placed an order November 16 still don’t have it I have repeatedly tried to contact them on every platform possible with no response!

Completely stole my money!

I’m not sure what to do! Is there anyway to hold them accountable or to let more people know to beware?

Haven’t received my order!

I placed an order in November. When I received no updates on the tracking since November 27th, I emailed and asked. Received a recorded typed response with no helping info. Emailed them again last week- same recorded message. Now I tried calling them and during normal business hours was told they are not taking calls and to email them. I have no answers to where my harness is nor any info when I can or cannot receive it. This is very unprofessional!

Stole my money! No product received!

I thought I had done my research on this company and found that this was a legit place to make purchases with good reviews however, I am digging deeper and seeing otherwise now that I have had my own experience. Unfortunately I made a purchase on November 16 was sent an email confirmation saying the product would be delivered within 4 to 21 days and to respond back to receive tracking which I did and it has now been over 21 days and I have still not received tracking nor the product and cannot get anyone to respond to any of my calls emails Facebook messenger requests!

I feel like it is a total scam and have been robbed and wish I knew how to get my money back! They act like they are going to respond but then they never do and you cannot get anyone on the phone.

They just keep redirecting you to email. It is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

User's recommendation: I do not believe this place is legit. Please do not order from them because they will just steal your money and you will not receive your item. And when you try to reach out to them over and over again, they will not respond because obviously they are a scam so please save your money and the frustration.

I ordered a product and I received a shipment notification but never received a tracking number. The product never arrived and I am not able to reach anyone in customer service no matter how I try. Emailed at least seven times and received no response. The phone number redirects you to email. This company is horrible. Stay away. I just flushed $45.00 down the toilet.

I bought a dog collar that I returned to the company, at my expense. They refuse to acknowledge it. I asked for either a refund or store credit. Their phone number only states to send them an email instead of talking to me directly. Obviously they avoid unhappy customers.

I wanted to use a company other than Amazon but wrong choice. Dog bed is poor quality and has cheap plastic on the bottom. Its supposed to be for beds and couches but makes tons of noise when dog moves. Did not realize return policy is only for wrong or defective items. Thought it was 30 days which is short but was ok with me. When reached out as new customer for solution just got sent the return policy. No attempt at solution. Dont use this company.

Received an email indicating package delivered. It was not.

I was home all day and have a video doorbell. Email support and you get "we are looking into it".

Tried calling their customer support number - the message is we don't answer the phone. Brutal customer service.

Same thing with me. I ordered a wireless fence system on 12/7/2023 and NEVER got it.

I asked them for a tracking number and the one they sent me said my package was seized due to counterfit postage. I emailed them and questioned it and they claimed they gave me the wrong tracking number. The 2nd one they gave me states package was delivered. I work from home and my driveway is 1/4 miles long.

I have 5 labrador retrievers.... I would know of someone was on my property.... also my cameras would have showed someone. NOTHING!!!!

Now they are not responding. So I now have PayPal involved, my bank and the USPS.

I have filed fraud charges to hopefully recoup the money they stole from me. At this time, I am out $139.

I have had the exact same problem with this company. Never got a tracking no.

and zero contact with them. But they are good at debiting your account.

I purchased the Challenger dog training collar. It worked for one week. I contacted them multiple times without any satisfaction still have the unusable product that they will not replace.
